Final Design
I chose this design because:
It might help people do the right thing.
Evaluation:
* Does your sign meet all the specifications and requirements of the brief?
If so, how? Yes because my sign is about getting rid of rubbish in the street
* What is the purpose of your sign? Do you think your sign will help eliminate a problem in the school or street? If so, how? to get rid of rubbish.
* What did you do well? finished most of my project
* What difficulties did you come across while making your sign? filling in the planning log and thinking of ideas
* What can you do next time to improve your project?
focus properly and try to finish it off properly and on time

Design 1
PMI
You need to come up with at least 2 different possible sign designs and complete a PMI for each. This should include some feedback from an adult or a peer around the school who would represent the stakeholders.
PMI:
Plus: Has a picture of a bin.
Minus: Has no block writing, no colour
Interesting: Its cool

The Primary Stakeholder is your client ie. the person or community of people that your sign is going to be created for. eg. ….
Wider Community Stakeholders: | Key Stakeholders: | Primary Stakeholder: |
parents | students | me |
ATTRIBUTES: These describe the physical (what it is like) and functional (what it will do) characteristics of a product. These characteristics are key or essential for the successful function of a product and should be re- evaluated at each stage of the design process.

Term 2 highlights
The other thing that I liked was Taoga Time. My teachers name is Ms Va’afusuaga. When it’s raining we have to go in the green room with our netbooks and we have to go on rugger land. It is a rugby game but it also has maths games on it, that is why I like going on rugger land. The game that I like to go on is rugger maths. You have to register before you go on.

Tamaki Tech
We go with the year 8s and the year7s to Tamaki College. It is fun when we are in our classes that we were put in.
The class that I am in at Tamaki College is wood tech and the teacher’s name is Mr Grundy. The thing that I made was a chair. It can not have sharp edges on the chair. That is why we use the sandpaper to smoothen the edges so that you can give it to your little sister or brother to play with.
I am looking forward to bringing it home and I am glad to have made a chair but I was also going to make a pool table as well.
